摘　　要：目的 探讨国家(四川)中医紧急医学救援队在四川近3次强震中的医学救援实践及经验,为今后地震等灾害医学救援提供参考。方法 对国家(四川)中医紧急医学救援队在泸县地震、芦山地震、泸定地震期间的的相关医疗资料及经验进行回顾性分析并总结。结果 3次地震救援中,共派出60名卫生应急救援队员,其中中医类技术人员共33人,占比55%;救治共计201人次,使用中医手法整复、小夹板特色诊疗技术141人次,巡诊4 990余人次,紧急熬制中药“大锅汤”5 560余人份,发放战略储备药物1万余瓶。结论 面对复杂多变、医疗物资匮乏的救援现场,将中医“简、便、廉、效”以及灾后疾病防治的优势和西医现有的医学救援体系有机结合,推行中西医结合的应急救援战略、分阶段辨证救治,对维护灾区人民群众的健康与安全具有积极重要作用。Objective:To explore the medical rescue practices and experiences of the National(Sichuan)Traditional Chinese Medicine Emergency Medical Rescue Team in the past three strong earthquakes in Sichuan,and provide reference for future medical rescue in disasters such as earthquakes.Methods Retrospective analysis and summary of the relevant medical data and experience of the national(Sichuan)Chinese medicine emergency medical rescue team during the Luxian earthquake,Lushan earthquake,and Luding earthquake.Results In the three earthquake rescue efforts,a total of 60 health emergency rescue team members were dispatched,including 33 traditional Chinese medicine technicians,accounting for 55%.A total of 201 cases were treated,141 cases were treated using traditional Chinese medicine techniques such as plastic surgery and small splint characteristic diagnosis and treatment techniques.More than 4990 cases were visited,and over 5560 cases of traditional Chinese medicine"dagou decoction"were urgently prepared.More than 10000 bottles of strategic reserve drugs were distributed.Conclusion In the face of complex and ever-changing rescue scenes with a shortage of medical supplies,combining the advantages of TCM in"simplicity,convenience,affordability,and effectiveness",as well as the existing medical rescue system of Western medicine,implementing an emergency rescue strategy that combines Chinese and Western medicine,and phased dialectical treatment,plays a positive and important role in maintaining the health and safety of the people in the disaster area.
