摘  要:研究共混橡胶门尼粘度均一化对橡胶共混物性能的影响。结果表明,在不改变配方的前提下,通过对橡胶分别进行塑炼,减小了各橡胶的门尼粘度差异,改善了共混物中橡胶相的相容性,从而提高了共混物的综合性能:胶料的门尼粘度降低,加工性能提高;胶料的Payne效应减弱,填料分散性显著提高;硫化胶的损耗因子峰峰值增大,拉伸性能显著提升。The effect of reduction of Mooney viscosity difference of the blended rubber materials on the properties of rubber blend was studied.The results showed that,under the premise that the rubber blend formula was kept the same,when the difference of Mooney viscosity of the rubber materials was reduced by plasticizing the rubbers separately before the mixing process,the compatibility of different rubber phases in the blend was improved,and the comprehensive properties of the blend were improved:for example,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased,the processability increased,the Payne effect of the compound was weakened,the filler dispersion was significantly improved,the loss factor peak value of the vulcanizate increased,and the tensile property was significantly improved.
