摘　　要：中药羌活已在中国应用数千年,其化学成分复杂,药理作用多,使用范围广。羌活的主要化学成分包括香豆素、挥发油、聚烯炔、有机酸及其酯、糖及糖苷类等。研究证明羌活具有多种生物活性,如抗炎、解热、镇痛、抗血栓形成、抗菌、抗病毒等。本文综述了其化学成分、药理作用和药代动力学,并对羌活的应用现状进行分析,为羌活更深层次的合理开发利用提供理论依据。The traditional Chinese medicine Qianghuo has been used in China for thousands of years.It has complex chemical components,many pharmacological effects,and a wide range of applications.The main chemical components of Qianghuo include coumarin,volatile oil,polyenyne,organic acid and its ester,sugar and glycosides,etc.Studies have proved that Qianghuo has a variety of biological activities,such as anti-inflammatory,antipyretic,analgesic,antithrombotic,antibacterial,antiviral,etc.This article summarizes its chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and pharmacokinetics,and analyzes the application status of Qianghuo in order to provide a theoretical basis for the further rational development and utilization of Qianghuo.
