摘 要:研究K4169高温合金单铸试样及铸件本体切取样的高温持久性能,对K4169高温持久性能合格与不合格的试样进行纵向剖切,取整个试样剖切面进行成分分析、宏观晶粒尺寸分析、二次枝晶臂测量分析、光学显微分析及电子显微分析。结果表明,早期断裂试样碳含量略高,断口处存在明显的显微疏松,析出相分布不均匀,主要偏析于晶界和枝晶间。通过改变模组工艺方案,调整浇注工艺参数,合金组织得到明显改善,持久性能得到提升。The high temperature durability of K4169 superalloy single cast sample and casting body were studied.The K4169 samples with qualified and unqualified high temperature durability were dissected vertically,and the entire sample section plane was taken for composition analysis,macro-grain size analysis,secondary dendrical shoulder arm measurement analysis,optical microscopic analysis and electron microscopic analysis.The results show that the carbon content of the early fracture specimens is slightly higher,there is obvious micro-porosity at the fracture,the phase precipitation distribution is not uniform,and the main segregation is between grain boundaries and dendrites.By changing the module process plan and adjusting the casting process parameters,the microstructure and the durability of the alloy is obviously improved.
