脱氧对H08A铸坯偏析和夹杂物影响的研究

摘  要:为控制H08A钢铸坯中的气泡及夹杂物,通过控制冶炼、精炼和连铸过程中的不同工艺参数制备了铸坯试样,并与对比样进行比较。结果表明:经过镁合金脱氧和钙线脱氧处理的试验样中心疏松和中心偏析级别低;内部夹杂物数量更少,夹杂物的平均尺寸低于25μm,夹杂物的数量不超过20个。The samples were prepared by controlling different technological parameters in the process of smelting,refining and continuous casting.The test sample is compared with the comparison sample.Compared with the comparison samples,the test samples treated by magnesium alloy deoxidation and calcium wire deoxidation have lower center porosity and lower center segregation level.The results showed that the average size of inclusions was less than 25μm and the number of inclusions was less than 20.
