摘　　要：介绍了高牌号蠕墨铸铁在缸盖铸件上的应用,针对实际生产中出现的问题,在炉料配比、浇注系统工艺、熔炼工艺等方面进行改善。通过调整进铁位置、冷铁工艺实现了无冒口的竖浇工艺;根据生产实际情况,对Mg指标异常的铁液采取补加一定量RE、二次喂丝或补加铁液的方式进行调整,可保证铁液质量稳定,并保证生产过程的连续。对蠕墨铸铁生产企业提供一定的经验借鉴。The application of high grade vermicular graphite cast iron in cylinder head castings was introduced.The ratio of charge,the process of pouring system and the smelting process were improved in order to solve the problems in actual production.The casting process without riser was realized by adjusting the position of iron inlet and the chiller process.According to the actual production situation,the liquid iron with abnormal Mg index could be adjusted by adding a certain amount of RE,twice feeding wire or adding iron liquid,which could ensure the stability of the quality of iron liquid and ensure the continuity of the production process.Some experience was provided for the production enterprises of vermicular graphite cast iron.
