摘 要:介绍了三缸空心曲轴加工动平衡不合格的原因分析和解决对策,以某轿车1.0 t曲轴铸件为例,通过统计曲轴铸件毛坯定位区域、平衡块轮廓尺寸对动平衡影响规律分析,结合产品结构设计和机加工工艺等优化制定改善对策,最终将三缸空心曲轴加工动平衡不合格率从55%降至0.1%以内,降低了废品率,实现了三缸空心曲轴的批量稳定生产。This paper introduces the causes and solutions of the unqualified dynamic balance in the machining of threecylinder hollow crankshaft.Taking a 1.0 t crankshaft casting of a car as an example,the influence law of the blank location area of the crankshaft casting and the contour size of the balance block on the dynamic balance is analyzed by statistics,and the improvement countermeasures are formulated by combining the optimization of product structure design and machining technology.Finally,the unqualified rate of dynamic balance of three-cylinder hollow crankshaft was reduced from 55%to less than 0.1%,the reject rate was reduced,and the batch stable production of three-cylinder hollow crankshaft was realized.
