摘 要:为探究柯尔克孜羊♂×湖羊♀杂交F1代(简称柯湖杂交F1代)断奶公羔的育肥效果及屠宰性能,将其分别与杜湖杂交F1代、纯繁柯羊和纯繁湖羊进行比较。每个品种选用日龄和体重相近的30只断奶公羔,在相同条件下育肥60 d,测定分析体重和体尺变化,并在育肥试验结束后,每个品种选体重相近的5只羊进行屠宰试验,测定其屠宰性能。结果表明:柯湖杂交F1代育肥期平均日增重显著高于杜湖杂交F1代(P<0.05),且其总增重显著高于杜湖杂交F1代、纯繁柯羊和纯繁湖羊(P<0.05),料重比显著低于杜湖杂交F1代、纯繁柯羊和纯繁湖羊(P<0.05);柯湖杂交F1代屠宰率(54.76%)显著高于纯繁柯羊和纯繁湖羊(P<0.05),分别比杜湖杂交F1代、纯繁柯羊和纯繁湖羊提高了2.80%、9.15%和3.67%;柯湖杂交F1代尾脂重显著低于纯繁柯羊(P<0.05),减少了64.75%。经效益分析可知,柯湖杂交F1代育肥纯利润为335.95元/只,分别比杜湖杂交F1代、纯繁柯羊、纯繁湖羊提高了23.98%、28.62%和21.35%。综上,柯湖杂交F1代不仅能较大幅度提高肉羊的产肉性能,还能减小尾脂重。This study was to explore the fattening effect and slaughter performances of weaned male lambs of Kirgiz sheep-Hu sheep hybrid F1 generation,by comparing the above performances of the weaned Kirgiz-Hu F1 male lambs with those of Dorper-Hu F1 male lambs,pure breeding Kirgiz male lambs and pure breeding Hu male lambs,respectively.Thirty weaned male lambs of similar age and body weight were selected from each of the four breeds and fattened for 60 days under the same conditions.Then,the changes in their body weight and body size were determined and analyzed.After the fattening test,5 sheep of similar body weight were selected from each breed and were slaughtered to measure their slaughter performance.The results showed that the average daily gain at fattening stage of the Kirgiz-Hu hybrid F1 generation was significantly higher than that of the Dorper-Hu hybrid F1 generation(P<0.05),and their total weight gain was significantly higher than that of the Dorper-Hu hybrid F1 generation,the pure breeding Kirgiz sheep and pure breeding Hu sheep(P<0.05).The ratio of feed to gain was significantly lower than that of the other three breeds of sheep(P<0.05).The dressing percentage of the Kirgiz-Hu F1 generation was(54.76%)significantly higher than that of the pure breeding Kirgiz sheep and the pure breeding Hu sheep(P<0.05),2.80%higher than that of the Dorper-Hu hybrid F1 generation,9.15%higher than that of the pure breeding Kirgiz sheep and 3.67%higher than that of the pure breeding Hu sheep,respectively.The tail fat weight of the Kirgiz-Hu hybrid F1 generation was significantly lower than that of of the pure breeding Kirgiz sheep,by 64.75%.The benefit analysis showed that the net profit of the Kirgiz-Hu hybrid F1 generation was 335.95 yuan which was 23.98%higher than the net profit of the Dorper-Hu F1 generation,28.62%higher than that of the pure breeding Ke sheep and 21.35%higher than that of the pure breeding Hu sheep,respectively.The above results indicated that Kirgiz sheep cross-bred with Hu sheep evidently improved the
