摘 要:为探究猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)、猪瘟病毒(CSFV)、猪伪狂犬病毒(PRV)、猪圆环病毒2型(PCV-2)、猪细小病毒(PPV)和猪圆环病毒3型(PCV-3)这6种与猪繁殖障碍相关的病毒在母猪初乳乳房拭子和仔猪睾丸处理液样品中的检出率及2种样品中的检出差异,采用qPCR的方法对河南某规模猪场的母猪初乳乳房拭子和3~5日龄仔猪睾丸处理液进行检测。结果:在随机不分胎次采集的113份(452头母猪的4混1样)初乳乳房拭子样品中,PCV-2、PCV-3和PPV的检出率分别为0、26.55%和4.42%;在随机不分胎次采集的171份(684窝仔猪的4混1样)仔猪睾丸处理液样品中,PCV-2、PCV-3和PPV的检出率分别为0、5.85%和1.17%。在单独检测的38头1胎母猪的初乳乳房拭子样品中,PCV-2、PCV-3和PPV的检出率分别为2.63%、55.26%和2.62%;对应的3~5日龄仔猪睾丸处理液样本中,PCV-2、PCV-3和PPV的检出率分别为0、44.74%、0;PCV-2+PCV-3和PPV+PCV-3混合感染在初乳乳房拭子中的检出率均为2.63%,在睾丸处理液中未检测到任何混合感染;PRRSV、CSFV、PRV在所有母猪初乳乳房拭子和仔猪睾丸处理液样品中的检出率均为0。本研究证实母猪初乳乳房拭子对PCV-2、PCV-3和PPV的检出率要高于仔猪睾丸处理液,适合作为规模猪场对这些疫病的监测样本,但未比较出PRRSV、CSFV和PRV的检出率差异。In order to explore the detection rate of six kinds of porcine reproductive disorder associated viruses in sow colostrum swabs and processing fluid of piglets and the detection difference between the two sample types,q PCR was used to detect the colostrum swabs and processing fluid of piglets aged 3-5 days in a pig farm in Henan Province,China.Analysis was conducted of the detection rates and differences of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV),classic swine fever virus(CSFV),porcine pseudorabies virus(PRV),porcine circovirus type 2(PCV-2),porcine parvovirus(PPV)and porcine circovirus type 3(PCV-3),which are related to reproductive disorders,in the two kinds of samples.For the pooled samples,the results showed that the detection rates of PCV-2,PCV-3,and PPV in113 colostrum swab samples(pools,n=4,452 sows)were 0(0/113),26.55%(30/113)and 4.42%(5/113),respectively.The detection rates of PCV-2,PCV-3,and PPV in 171 processing fluid samples of the piglets(pools,n=4,684 sows)were 0(0/171),5.85%(10/171)and 1.17%(2/171),respectively.For individual samples,the detection rates of PCV-2,PCV-3,and PPV in the colostrum swab samples from the 38 sows were 2.63%(1/38),55.26%(21/38)and 2.62%(1/38),respectively.The detection rates of PCV-2,PCV-3,and PPV in the processing fluid of piglets from the 38 sows were 0(0/38),44.74%(17/38),and 0(0/38),respectively.The detection rate of PCV-2+PCV-3 and PPV+PCV-3 co-infection in the colostrum swab samples were both 2.63%(1/38),and no co-infections were detected in the processing fluid of the piglets.However,the detection rates of PRRSV,CSFV,and PRV in the colostrum swab samples from all the sows and the processing fluid of the piglets were 0.Therefore,this study confirmed that the detection rates of PCV-2,PCV-3 and PPV in the colostrum swabs of sows were higher than those in the processing fluid of the piglets,which might be used as a better sample for the surveillance of these diseases in large-scale pig farms.However,no results were obtained in comparing the detection r
