摘  要:寄生虫小G蛋白(small G-proteins或small GTPases)是一类结合和水解GTP的蛋白。作为细胞信号传递的重要桥梁,寄生虫小G蛋白与虫体不同调控因子和效应器分子相互作用,介导了寄生虫的营养、发育与寄生等重要生理过程。近年来,随着高通量测序技术与基因编辑技术在寄生虫研究中的大量运用,寄生虫小G蛋白种类及其功能也在被不断更新。研究表明,寄生虫小G蛋白家族不仅参与虫体的生长和发育,而且在寄生虫与宿主互作过程中扮演着至关重要的角色。目前有关寄生虫小G蛋白的研究缺乏系统、全面的归纳、分析和总结,本文在介绍小G蛋白家族的基础上,综述近年来寄生虫小G蛋白的研究现状和进展,并提出小G蛋白可以作为一种新型抗寄生虫药物靶点候选,为寄生虫病防控药物研究提供信息参考。Small G-proteins,also known as small GTPases,are hydrolase enzymes that bind and hydrolyze guanosine triphosphate(GTP).As a vital bridge of cellular signaling,small GTPases of parasites interact with different regulatory factors and effector molecules and therefore mediate various physiological processes including the nutrition,development and parasitism of parasites.In recent years,with rapid development and widespread application of the high-throughput sequencing and gene editing technology,the family members of small GTPases of parasites and their underlying molecular mechanisms are being decoded and updated.Increased studies have demonstrated that small GTPases not only mediate the growth and development of parasites,but also play a crucial role in parasite-host interactions.Given that there is still a lack of a systematic and comprehensive review about small GTPases of parasites,this article is to introduce the family of small G proteins of parasites and to summarize their special physiological functions;meanwhile,small G proteins of parasites are further proposed as novel,important anti-parasitic drug targets.It is expected that this review should offer valuable reference for prevention and treatment of parasitic diseases with drugs.
