摘  要:悬索桥主缆、斜拉桥拉索、拱桥吊杆的使用寿命要求越来越高,尤其是要求悬索桥主缆的设计使用寿命达百年以上,因此对桥梁缆索用钢丝的耐久性要求不断提高。随着技术的不断发展,缆索用钢丝的热镀层也从最初的纯锌层逐步向以锌为主,添加铝、镁、稀土等多元合金发展。依托处于海洋大气腐蚀条件下的深中通道伶仃洋大桥(主跨1 666 m悬索桥)项目,通过相关试验研究和理论分析,重点研究了锌铝镁镀层的结构特点、防腐耐久性能,确定了锌铝镁的合理组分及冷却方式,取得了很好的应用效果,经济效益显著。The service life requirements of main cables of suspension bridges,cables of cable-stayed bridges and suspenders of arch bridges are getting higher and higher.Especially,the design service life of main cables of suspension bridges is more than one hundred years,and the durability requirements of steel wires for bridge cables are constantly increasing.With the continuous development of technology,the hot coating of steel wire for cable has gradually developed from the initial pure zinc layer to zinc-based multielement alloy with aluminum,magnesium and rare earth added.Relying on the Lingdingyang Bridge(suspension bridge with main span of 1666m)of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link Project which is under marine atmospheric corrosion,through relevant experimental research and theoretical analysis,the structural characteristics and corrosion resistance durability of Zn-Al-Mg coating are emphatically studied,and the reasonable composition and cooling mode of Zn-Al-Mg coating are determined,which has achieved good application and remarkable economic benefits.
