虚实融合对郊区新城分散型活动的二次支撑作用

摘　　要：郊区新城生产生活活动相对分散,难以得到有效的服务配套,制约着郊区新城的发展。基于联通手机APP使用大数据,发现在武汉郊区新城许多地区,分散状态的居民活动有较高线上线下化特征,且受“线上线下”服务模式支撑的活动多发生在郊区新城实体服务设施较少的区域,因此认为虚实融合为支撑郊区新城分散型活动开展创造条件。从使用与供给视角分析此支撑作用的机理,认为虚实融合的“线上线下”模式相较于虚拟化阶段,通过补充线下渠道,改变服务使用方与供给方的行为模式,实现实体服务和实物的远程传递,提升配套服务的品质,弥补实体设施的不足,进一步支撑郊区新城低密度分散型活动的开展,从而为郊区新城实现服务保障、吸引力提升、有机生长创造条件,认为这种进一步的支撑作用即为二次支撑。进而提出,在虚实融合对郊区分散型活动的二次支撑下,未来将发生大量城市功能从中心城区向郊区新城转移的二次分散,从而实现大城市空间优化。The production and living activities of suburban new towns are relatively scattered,making it difficult to obtain effective service support,which restricts the development of suburban new towns.Based on the use of big data in China Unicom mobile Apps,it has been found that in many areas of suburban new town in Wuhan,dispersed resident activities have higher online and offline characteristics,and activities supported by the"online and offline"service model mostly occur in areas with fewer physical service facilities in the suburban new towns.Therefore,it is believed that the integration of virtual and real elements creates conditions for supporting the development of decentralized activities in the suburban new towns.From the perspective of usage and supply,the mechanism of this supporting effect is analyzed.It is believed that the"online and offiine"model of virtual and real integration,compared to the virtualization stage,changes the behavior patterns of service users and suppliers by supplementing offiine channels,realizes remote transmission of physical services and physical objects,improves the quality of supporting services,compensates for the shortcomings of physical facilities,and further supports the development of low-density and decentralized activities in suburban new towns,Thus creating conditions for the service guarantee,attraction enhancement,and organic growth of suburban new towns,it is believed that this further supporting role is the secondary support.Furthermore,it is proposed that under the secondary support of the integration of virtual and real elements for decentralized activities in suburban areas,a large number of urban functions will shift from the central urban area to the new suburban towns in the future,thereby achieving spatial optimization in large cities.
