中国出口RCEP成员国ICT产品的影响因素和贸易潜能研究

摘　　要：采用随机前沿引力模型分析了中国对RCEP国家出口信息通信技术产品的影响因素,并测算了贸易效率和贸易潜能。结果表明:清关效率、班轮运输连通性、法律制度完善性和产权保护性等因素显著有利于中国对RCEP国家出口ICT产品;应根据RCEP国家经济发展的程度采取差异化的合作战略,促进班轮运输的提高,加强在ICT知识产权保护领域的交流与合作,提升中国ICT产品的核心技术竞争力,加强在数字经济和贸易领域的规则创新,不断提升贸易效率实现贸易潜能的重要举措。This paper analyzes the influencing factors of China's export of information and communication technology products to RCEP countries by using the stochastic frontier gravity model,and calculates the trade efficiency and trade potential.The results show that the efficiency of customs clearance,the connectivity of liner transportation,the perfection of legal system and the protection of property rights are significantly beneficial to China's export of ICT products to RCEP countries.We should adopt different cooperation strategies according to the economic development of RCEP countries,promote the improvement of liner shipping connectivity,strengthen exchanges and cooperation in the field of ICT intellectual property protection,enhance the core technical competitiveness of ICT products in China,strengthen the rule innovation in the digital economy and trade,and continuously improve trade efficiency to realize trade potential.
