摘  要:为实现对低气压试验箱的快速准确计量,提高工作效率,降低校准不确定度。文章针对低气压试验设备无线校准的计量需求,在ZigBee无线传输技术基础上,应用CC2630作为传感器硬件的核心控制单元并结合串口通讯理论,设计了一套低气压试验设备无线校准装置[1]。该装置通过无线传输将试验箱内标准气压数据发送给协调器并在手持终端上实时显示。测试结果表明:设计的基于ZigBee的低气压校准装置相比传统校准方式可以更有效的测取到低气压试验设备的极限气压值、并且显著提高低气压试验设备的校准效率。同时可以扩展为多节点终端的分布式校准系统,实现多台低气压试验箱并行计量,具有很强的扩展性和实用性,对实现低气压试验箱无线校准具有一定意义。This article focuses on the metrological requirements for wireless calibration of low⁃pressure test equipment.Based on ZigBee wireless transmission technology,CC2630 is used as the core control u⁃nit of sensor hardware and combined with serial communication theory,a wireless calibration device for low⁃pressure test equipment is designed.To achieve the rapid and accurate measurement of the low pres⁃sure test chambers,improve work efficiency,and reduce the uncertainty of calibration.This device sends the standard air pressure data in the test chamber to the coordinator through wireless transmission and dis⁃plays it in real⁃time on a handheld terminal.The test results indicate that the designed low pressure cali⁃bration device based on ZigBee can more effectively measure the extreme pressure value of low pressure test equipment compared to traditional calibration methods,and significantly improve the calibration effi⁃ciency of low pressure test equipment.At the same time,it can be extended to a distributed calibration system with multiple node terminals,achieving parallel measurement of multiple low⁃pressure test cham⁃bers,which has strong scalability and practicality,and has certain significance for achieving wireless cal⁃ibration of low⁃pressure test chambers.
