摘  要:为了实现轧钢生产线设备状态的及时监测,减轻设备巡检人员的工作强度,建立基于特征值的设备状态监测系统。系统由现场数据采集系统和数据展示及状态监测诊断平台组成,通过该系统对设备进行振动监测,可以发现大部分早期的设备劣化问题,对设备故障及时预警,实现对设备的预测性维护,从而减少停机故障,因此在设备状态监测和维护中有重要的意义。In order to achieve real⁃time monitoring of equipment status of steel rolling production line and reduce working intensity of equipment inspection personnel,a monitoring system of equipment status based on characteristic value is established.The system is composed of field data acquisition system,data display and condition monitoring and diagnosis platform.Through the vibration monitoring of the equip⁃ment in the system,most of the early equipment deterioration problems can be found,and the equipment failure can be warned in time.The predictive maintenance of the equipment is achieved,thereby reduc⁃ing the downtime failure.So it is of great significance in status monitoring and maintenance of the equip⁃ment.
