二次油气回收系统对加油机计量的影响

摘　　要：文章基于二次油气回收系统的结构及工作原理,针对二次油气回收对加油机示值误差的影响,选取了三种稳定性较好的加油机,分别在不同加油枪、同一条加油枪不同油温、同一加油枪不同流速三种情况下进行了一系列现场实验。给出了检定时,开启与关闭二次油气回收系统对加油机示值误差的影响,相差0.002%~0.132%。枪口油温越高,加油时流速越大,开启与关闭油气回收示值误差相差越大。阐明了二次油气回收系统回收了已经过加油机计量的油气从而增大了加油机示值误差,解释了同轴胶管或“O”型密封圈破损时,由于二次油气回收的作用,出现了抬枪走字现象,提出了加油机现场检定一定要确保二次油气回收处于开启状态等注意事项。This paper is based on the structure and working principle of secondary gas recovery system,aiming at the influence of secondary gas recovery on the indication error of the fuel dispensers,three kinds of fuel dispensers with good stability were selected,and a series of field experiments were carried out under different oil guns,different oil temperatures and different flow rates of the same oil gun.The variation of the indication error of the gas recovery system on and off is in the range of 0.002%to 0.132%.The higher the muzzle oil temperature,the larger the flow rate during refueling,and the larger the difference between the indication value of gas recovery on and off.It is explained that the secondary gas recovery system increases the indication error of fuel dispensers by recovering the gas that has been measured by the fuel dispensers.It is explained that when the coaxial hose or“O”seal ring is broken,the phenomenon of start measuring by lifting the fuel gun due to the action of secondary gas recovery.It is pointed out that the secondary gas recovery must be turned when the fuel dispenser is measured and veri⁃fied.
