摘  要:计量标准装置在使用过程中或在相邻两次检定、校准之间,其量值的准确性受到质凝时,使用者一般会按照规定程序验证其功能持续满足方法要求或规定要求而进行期间核查。但目前常用的期间核查方法存在着一些不足之处。在分析了目前常用的期间核查方法存在的一些不足之处后,提出了能消除目前常用的期间核查方法一些不足之处的,基于t测试的计量标准装置测量过程统计控制的方法,此种方法是在计量标准装置检定、校准后测量一组数据集,再在控制的时间点测量一组数据集,分别计算出其平均值和标准偏差,采用t测试的方法判断两组数据的差异,可以判定计量标准装置是否持续保持了检定、校准时的状态,从而获得对计量标准装置计量性能的信心。When the accuracy of the measurement standard device is subject to mass set in the process of use or between two adjacent verification and calibration,the user will generally verify that its function continues to meet the requirements of the method or the requirements of the period verification in accord⁃ance with the prescribed procedures.However,there are some inadequacies in the current commonly used period verification methods.After analyzing some deficiencies of current commonly used period veri⁃fication methods,a statistical control method of measurement process of measurement standard device based on t test is proposed to eliminate some deficiencies of current commonly used period verification methods.This method measures a set of data after verification and calibration of measurement standard device,and then measures a set of data at the controlled time point.The mean value and standard devia⁃tion are calculated respectively,and the difference between the two groups of data is judged by the meth⁃od of t test,which can determine whether the measurement standard device has maintained the state of verification and calibration,so as to gain confidence in the measurement performance of the measurement standard device.
