摘　　要：牙龈棘皮瘤是一种比较常见的牙源性上皮良性肿瘤,会引起广泛的局部破坏,引起患畜进食困难,且有复发的可能。详细介绍了1例猫棘皮瘤的诊断与治疗方案,临床检查、实验室检查及病理检查确诊为良性肿瘤,经手术和药物治疗后康复出院,为猫牙龈棘皮瘤的诊断及手术治疗提供参考。Gingival acanthoma is a relatively common benign odontogenic epithelial tumor,which causes extensive local destruction,feeding difficulties and the possibility of recurrence.The diagnosis and treatment plan of 1 cat acanthoma were introduced in detail.Clinical examination,laboratory examination and pathological examination confirmed that the tumor was benign.After surgery and drug treatment,the patient recovered and was discharged from hospital.
