摘　　要：报道了1例犬糖尿病并DKA病例,经过临床诊断、实验室诊断和外科治疗,病犬出院。此类病例在治疗过程中,胰岛素剂量过高会导致血糖过低,而血糖过低对动物有一定危险性,可能会造成低血糖性休克。因此,在进行糖尿病治疗时,应对血糖曲线有充分解读,选择合适的胰岛素及剂量,并按照推荐的流程进行调控。This is a report on a canine diabetes case with a DKA complication,which concluded with the dog being discharged following clinical and laboratory diagnoses as well as a surgical treatment.Seeing that administrating excessive insulin dosage while treating such a case can lead to not only hypoglycemia,which can be life-threatening,but also hypoglycemic shock,it is imperatively advised herein to acquire a full interpretation of the blood glucose curve,as well as determine the appropriate insulin and dosage,before regulating the condition according to the recommended regimen.
