血清galectin-1、PLGF水平预测子痫前期患者胎盘早剥发生的研究

摘　　要：目的观察血清半乳糖凝集素-1(galectin-1)、胎盘生长因子(PLGF)在子痫前期患者中的表达,并分析二者预测患者胎盘早剥发生的价值。方法选择2018年1月至2021年1月于灵宝市第一人民医院产检并完成分娩的130例子痫前期患者作为研究对象,观察患者胎盘早剥发生情况并分组,分为发生组(n=22)与未发生组(n=108),调查并记录患者基线资料及血清galectin-1、PLGF水平,采用受试者工作曲线(ROC)及曲线下面积(AUC)评价血清galectin-1、PLGF水平对子痫前期患者胎盘早剥发生的预测价值。结果纳入的130例患者中发生胎盘早剥22例,发生率为16.92%(22/130);与未发生组患者相比,发生组患者血清galectin-1水平更高,血清PLGF水平更低(P<0.05);血清galectin-1、PLGF单独及联合检测预测子痫前期患者胎盘早剥发生的AUC分别为0.800、0.802、0.864,均有一定预测价值,且当血清galectin-1、PLGF分别取35.915 ng/L、59.335 pg/mL时,可获得最佳预测价值。结论血清galectin-1、PLGF水平对子痫前期患者胎盘早剥的发生具有一定预测价值。【Objective】To observe the expression of serum galectin-1 and placental growth factor(PLGF)in patients with preeclampsia,and to analyze the value of both in predicting placental abruption of patients.【Methods】Totally 130 patients with preeclampsia who underwent prenatal examination and completed delivery in the First People Hospital of Lingbao from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,the occurrence of placental abruption of patients was observed and patients were divided into two groups:the occurrence group and the non-occurrence group.Baseline data and serum galectin-1 and PLGF levels were investigated and recorded.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve and area under curve(AUC)were used to evaluate the predictive value of serum galectin-1 and PLGF levels for placental abruption in patients with preeclampsia.【Results】Among 130 patients,22 had placental abruption,the incidence was 16.92%(22/130);compared with patients in the nonoccurrence group,patients in the occurrence group had higher serum galectin-1 levels and lower serum PLGF levels,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05);the AUC of serum galectin-1 and PLGF alone and in combination for predicting placental abruption in patients with preeclampsia were 0.800,0.802 and 0.864,respectively,which had certain predictive value,the best predictive value could be obtained when serum galectin-1 and PLGF are 35.915 ng/L and 59.335 pg/mL respectively.【Conclusion】Serum galectin-1 and PLGF levels have certain predictive value for placental abruption in patients with preeclampsia.
