摘  要:目的:研究注射用奥美拉唑钠与奥硝唑氯化钠注射液接续静滴的冲管液体量。方法:配制奥美拉唑钠临床模拟溶液,与奥硝唑氯化钠注射液按不同体积比进行混合配伍,于120 min内观察配伍液外观变化,测定pH,并采用HPLC法测定2种药物的相对百分含量变化,确定配伍稳定的体积比范围。分别于残留药液在墨菲氏管中和墨菲氏管以下时开始冲管,测定不同阶段输液器终端冲管液中残留药物含量,确定合适的冲管液量。结果:当奥美拉唑溶液体积比在1%~80%时,配伍液在120 min内发生变色、pH 3.78~5.79,奥美拉唑相对百分含量降低,奥硝唑相对百分含量无明显变化。滴注奥硝唑后,残留药液液面在墨菲氏管中和管以下时分别用24.5,14.5 mL 0.9%氯化钠注射液冲洗、可将浓度降至原浓度的8.23%、9.09%;滴注奥美拉唑钠后,残留药液液面在墨菲氏管中及管以下时分别用34,25 mL 0.9%氯化钠注射液冲洗可将浓度降至原浓度的0.95%、0.47%。结论:先滴注奥硝唑时,残留药液液面在墨菲氏管中及管以下时分别需24.5,14.5 mL的0.9%氯化钠注射液冲管后再滴注奥美拉唑;而先滴注奥美拉唑时,残留药液液面在墨菲氏管中及管以下时分别需34,25 mL的0.9%氯化钠注射液后冲管后再滴注奥硝唑,以避免输液管中的配伍禁忌。OBJECTIVE To study the liquid volume of the flushing tube for continuous intravenous drip of omeprazole sodium for injection and ornidazole sodium chloride injection.METHODS Omeprazole sodium solution was prepared and mixed with ornidazole sodium chloride injection according to different volume ratios.Then,the appearance change of the compatibility solution within 120 min was observed,the pH value was measured and the relative percentage contents of the two drugs were determined by HPLC to explore the volume ratio range of stable compatibility.Flushing the tube when the residual drug liquid is in the Murphy tube and below the Murphy tube,the appropriate flushing fluid volume was determined according to the residual drug content at the end of the infusion set.RESULTS When the volume ratio of omeprazole solution in the compatibility solution was between 1%and 80%,discoloration was observed within 120 min in solution,the pH value was 3.56~5.79.At the same time,the relative percentage content of omeprazole decreased,while the relative percentage content of ornidazole did not change significantly.After ornidazole injection,24.5 mL and 14.5 mL 0.9%sodium chloride injection were required when the residual liquid level was in and below Murphy's tube respectively,which could reduce the concentration to 8.23%and 9.09%of the original drug concentration.After the infusion of omeprazole sodium,34 mL and 25 mL 0.9%sodium chloride injection were required respectively when the residual liquid level was in and below the Murphy's tube to reduce the concentration to 0.95%and 0.47%of the original concentration.CONCLUSION When ornidazole injection was infused firstly then omeprazole,24.5 mL and 14.5 mL of 0.9%sodium chloride injection were required to flush the tube respectively with the residual liquid level in or below Murphy's tube.When omeprazole was infused firstly then ornidazole,34 mL and 25 mL of 0.9%sodium chloride injection were required respectively when the residual liquid level is in or below Murphy's tube to avoid incom
