摘　　要：目的基于“互联网+”中医慢病管理观察穴位贴敷对糖尿病周围神经病变的影响。方法选择2020年10月—2021年12月广东省中医院糖尿病周围神经病患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为参照组与干预组,各50例。两组均纳入“互联网+”中医慢病管理,包括档案建立、中西医健康宣教、定期随访等。对照组接受基础治疗,观察组在常规护理的基础上,予化瘀通痹穴位贴中医特色技术治疗。比较两组患者中医症状、空腹血糖、多伦多临床评分(TCSS),并于结束后比较两组疗效。结果观察组患者干预2、4周后中医症状评分、TCSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组空腹血糖比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总有效率(82.61%)高于对照组(42.23%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于“互联网+”中医慢病管理模式观察,穴位贴敷疗法对糖尿病周围神经病变的症状改善有一定的作用。Objective To observe the effect of acupressure on diabetic peripheral neuropathy based on"Internet+"Chinese medicine chronic disease management model.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy from October 2020 to December 2021 of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the reference group and the intervention group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were included in the"Internet+"Chinese medicine chronic disease management",including file establishment,Chinese and western medicine health education,and regular follow-up.The control group received basic treatment.In the observation group,on the basis of the control group,the patients were treated with the characteristic technique of Chinese medicine by applying the acupuncture point patch to resolve the stasis and paralysis.The TCM symptoms,fasting blood glucose and toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS)scores of patients in the two groups were compared,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared at the end of the treatment.Results After 2 and 4 weeks of intervention,the TCM symptom score and TCSS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05).The total response rate in the observation group was 82.61%,which was higher than that of the control group of 42.23%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupressure based on"Internet+Chinese medicine chronic disease management mode"is effective in improving the symptoms related to diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
