摘　　要：目的评价乳房推拿治疗急性乳腺炎的疗效。方法计算机检索CNKI、维普、万方数据库,PubMed、Web of Science、Embase及Cochrane Library数据库,查找乳房推拿与其他中医药方法(除推拿外)治疗急性乳腺炎疗效的随机对照临床试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT),检索时限均从建库至2021年12月。纳入符合标准的RCT,用RevMan5.3软件行Meta分析。结果共纳入10个RCT,936例患者。试验组给予乳房推拿治疗,对照组给予其他中医药方法(除推拿外)治疗。Meta分析结果显示,推拿与其他中医药方法(除推拿外)治疗乳腺炎的总有效率和痊愈率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论推拿与其他中医药方法(除推拿外)治疗急性乳腺炎的疗效类似。Objective To evaluate the effect of breast massage on acute mastitis.Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)about Clinical effect of breast massage on acute mastitis retrieved in databases of CNKI,Vip,Wanfang,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase and Cochrane Library Database.Data were all from inception to Dec 2021.Two reviewers independently screened literature,extracted data,and assessed methodological quality.Statistical analysis was performed using Revman 5.3 software.Results 10 RCTs including 936 cases were incorporated into the Meta-analysis.The experimental group was treated with breast massage,while the control group was treated with other Chinese medicine methods(except massage).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate and recovery rate between massage and other traditional Chinese medicine(except massage)in treating mastitis(P>0.05).Conclusion Massage is similar to other traditional Chinese medicine methods(except massage)in treating acute mastitis.
