预警护理在老年糖尿病患者无痛内镜检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨预警护理在老年糖尿病患者无痛内镜检查中的应用效果。方法收集2022年1—12月江苏省人民医院/南京医科大学第一附属医院200例行无痛内镜检查老年糖尿病患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各100例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用预警护理模式。比较两组的术中不良反应率、胃肠道清洁率、术后并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组不良反应率为7.0%,低于对照组的24.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组胃肠道清洁率为99.0%,高于对照组的83.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为7.0%,低于对照组的24.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95.0%,高于对照组的79.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预警护理在老年糖尿病患者无痛内镜检查中的应用效果显著,能有效降低不良事件发生率,提高患者护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of early warning nursing in painless endoscopic examination of elderly patients with diabetes.Methods From January to December 2022,a total of 200 elderly diabetes patients waiting for painless endoscopic examination in Jiangsu Provincial People′s Hospital/the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were collected and were divided into the control group and the observation group using a random number table method,100 cases per group.The control group received routine care,the observation group adopts early warning nursing mode.The incidence of intraoperative adverse reactions,gastrointestinal cleanliness,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 7.0%,lower than 24.0%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The gastrointestinal cleaning rate in the observation group was 99.0%,which was higher than 83.0%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.0%,lower than 24.0%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than 79.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early warning nursing in painless endoscopic examination of elderly patients with diabetes has significant effect,which can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve patient satisfaction with nursing.
