超声引导下液压扩张联合手法松解在冻结肩中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨冻结肩患者采取超声引导下液压扩张联合手法松解治疗的效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年8月中山市人民医院收治的冻结肩患者60例,依据随机数字表法分两组,各30例。对照组行超声引导下常规注射联合手法松解治疗,观察组采取超声引导下液压扩张联合手法松解方法治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组丙二醇(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛程度数字评分法(NRS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肩关节功能评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:冻结肩患者采取超声引导下液压扩张联合手法松解方法治疗效果显著,其具有准确定位、小创伤、低并发症的优势,值得临床推广借鉴。Objective:To explore the effect of ultrasound-guided hydraulic expansion combined with manual release in the treatment of patient with frozen shoulder.Method:A total of 60 patients with frozen shoulder admitted to Zhongshan City People's Hospital from February 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the method of random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ultrasound-guided conventional injection combined with manipulation,while the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided hydraulic expansion combined with manipulation,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,numerical rating scale(NRS)scores of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the shoulder joint function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ultrasound-guided hydraulic expansion combined with manipulation is effective in the treatment of frozen shoulder patients.It has the advantages of accurate positioning,small trauma and low complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
