摘　　要：由布鲁氏菌感染所引起的布鲁氏菌病是一种具有传染性的人畜共患病。由布鲁氏菌侵犯脊柱所导致的感染性脊柱炎是布鲁氏菌病常见的并发症之一。布氏杆菌性脊柱炎(brucellosis spondylitis,BS)典型临床表现为全身乏力、高热和出汗等全身症状,同时可伴有脊柱骨结构破坏的专科表现,发展严重时可导致脊柱畸形或肢体瘫痪等。其目前主要依靠实验室检查及影像学检查来辅助诊断,但需与具有相似性临床症状的多种脊柱疾病相鉴别,所以正确的诊断和治疗对患者来说至关重要。现以BS相关诊疗的研究进展做一综述,以便了解目前BS相关的诊断与治疗。Brucellosis caused by Brucella infection is an infectious zoonotic disease Infective spondylitis caused by Brucella invasion of the spine is one of the common complications of brucellosis.The typical clinical manifestations of Brucella spondylitis(BS)are systemic symptoms such as general fatigue,high fever and sweating.At the same time,it can be accompanied by specialized manifestations of spinal bone structure destruction.When it develops seriously,it can lead to spinal deformity or limb paralysis.At present,it mainly depends on laboratory examination and imaging examination to assist diagnosis,but it needs to be distinguished from a variety of spinal diseases with similar clinical symptoms,so correct diagnosis and treatment are very important for patients.This paper reviews the research progress of diagnosis and treatment of BS,in order to understand the current diagnosis and treatment of BS.
