非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者疾病感知状况及其与生活质量的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者疾病感知状况,并分析其与生活质量的相关性。方法于2021年1月-2022年12月采用方便抽样法选取深圳市某三甲医院非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者168例,采用疾病感知问卷简化版(BIPQ)、欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)、非肌层浸润性膀胱癌生命质量特异性模块(EORTC QLQ-NMIBC24)进行问卷调查。结果非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者BIPQ总分为(40.86±13.44)分,QLQ-C30总体生活质量得分为(78.91±19.04)分,疾病感知与生活质量中的症状领域呈正相关(r=0.583,P<0.01),与功能领域呈负相关(r=-0.696,P<0.01)。回归分析显示,年龄、居住情况、患病时间、疾病风险、复发情况是非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者疾病感知的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者的疾病感知及生活质量均处于中等水平,二者密切相关。医护人员应采取针对性的措施降低患者的疾病感知,提升其生活质量。Objective To understand the status of illness perception of non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer and analyze its correlation with quality of life.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,168 patients with non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer of a Grade 3 Class A hospital in Shenzhen were selected by convenient sampling method,and the Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire(BIPQ),the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer QoL Core Questionnaire(EORTC QLQ-C30),and European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer-Quality of LIfe QUestionnare-Nonmuscle-invasive Bladder Cancer 24(EORTC QLQ-NMIBC24)were used for questionnaire survey.Results The total score of BIPQ in patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer was(40.86±13.44)scores,and the overall quality of life score of QLQ-C30 was(78.91±19.04)score.Illness perception was positively correlated with symptom areas in quality of life(r=0.583,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with functional areas(r=-0.696,P<0.01).Regression analysis showed that age,residence,duration of illness,disease risk and recurrence were the influencing factors of illness perception in patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer have an intermediate level of illness perception and quality of life,both of which are closely related.Health care professionals should take targeted measures to reduce patients'illness perception and improve their quality of life.
