摘　　要：西北某水厂采用“中置式高密度沉淀+浸没式超滤膜”处理工艺,遇到高密度沉淀池出水水质差,膜池底部积泥,中和池废液排放不达标等问题,为此水厂实施了更新改造工程,通过更换高密度沉淀池搅拌设备、增加污泥浓度检测措施、增设PAM投加和去除设施、膜池底部冲洗设施及中和池废水循环设施等方法,实现工艺优化改良,有效解决了上述问题。工程实施后,出水水质优良,满足了居民的用水要求。A water plant in northwest China adopts the“high-density sedimentation+ultrafiltration”treatment process,encountered problems such as poor effluent quality after the high-density sedimentation tank,sludge accumulation at the bottom of the membrane tank,and substandard discharge of wastewater from the neutralization tank.Therefore,the water plant implemented a renovation project by replacing the mixing equipment in the high-density sedimentation tank,adding sludge concentration detection measures,PAM dosing and removal facilities,flushing facilities at the bottom of the membrane tank and the wastewater circulation facilities in the neutralization tank.The renovation project have achieved process optimization and improvement,successfully and effectively solving the above problems.After the completion of the project,with excellent effluent quality,statisfying the water requirement of vesidents.
