摘  要:悬挂式单轨是一种新制式轨道交通,伸缩装置是轨道结构的重要组成部分。中唐空铁试验线运行过程中出现螺栓脱落现象,引发行车安全。基于此问题,通过有限元软件建立4×22 m简支轨道梁桥整体受力模型,计算出最不利荷载工况下轨道梁的梁端转角,采用ANSYS有限元软件建立伸缩装置局部有限元模型,计算失效螺栓的受力情况。探明了伸缩装置限位螺栓的失效原因:伸缩装置因轨道梁转角变化而造成限位螺栓脱落失效。为解决螺栓失效问题,创新设计“锥销+碟簧”的优化方案,在试验线进行了成功验证,消除了车辆过缝异响现象,提高了车辆过缝平顺性。Suspension monorail is a new type of rail transit,and the telescopic device is an important part of the rail structure.Bolts fall off during the operation of Zhongtang Railway test line,leading to driving safety.Based on this problem,the overall stress model of the 4×22 m simply-supported rail beam bridge was established by finite element software,and the angle of the beam end of the rail beam under the most unfavorable load was calculated.The local finite element model of the expansion device was established by ANSYS finite element software to calculate the stress of the failed bolt.The failure reason of the limit bolt of the expansion device is proved:the limit bolt falls off and fails due to the change of the angle of the track beam.In order to solve the problem of bolt failure,the optimization scheme of“cone pin+disc spring”was innovated and successfully verified in the test line,which eliminated the abnormal noise phenomenon of vehicle seam and improved the ride comfort of vehicle seam.
