摘　　要：主要介绍选择性化学镍金油墨在印制电路板(PCB)生产过程中对文字油墨的影响。通过烘烤温度和时间、油墨厚度及网印完成至退膜的停留时间等因素进行试验分析,最终改善选择性化学镍金油墨对文字油墨的影响。This paper mainly introduces the impact of the selective chemical nickel gold ink in the printed circuit board(PCB)production process on the legend ink.Through the experimental analysis on the baking temperature and time,ink thickness,the residence time from screen printing to stripping and other factors,the effect of selective chemical nickel gold ink on legend ink was improved.
