摘　　要：阐述了化学镀锡的基本原理,针对化学镀锡药水的浓度、温度、线速等不同工艺因素对锡厚的影响进行了系统性研究,使用不同测量方法和仪器对锡厚差异进行了测量。In this paper,the basic principle of chemical immersion tin is described theoretically.The effect of chemical concentration,temperature,line speed and other factors on tin thickness are systematically studied.Different measuring instruments and methods are used to realize tin thickness measurement.
