摘 要:联合火力打击规划存在规划手段自动化水平不高、成果验证评估不够、流程规范化较低等问题,在现今战争维度复杂、节奏加快的形势下,以人工作业为主、有限自动规划手段为辅的模式显然已经无法满足要求,亟需规划智能化上有所突破.着眼联合火力打击规划的智能化发展趋势,在分析联合火力打击智能化规划的军事需求基础上,设计提出了联合火力打击智能化规划支撑作战筹划和作战指挥的工作流程,针对流程关键环节提出了目标清单自动生成、行动方案快速规划等关键技术,并设计了相应的应用支撑原型系统,能够为作战部门展开作战筹划、设计与优化方案提供高效辅助决策支撑.Joint fire strike planning currently has problems such as low level of automation of planning means,insufficient verification and evaluation of results,and low standardization of processes.In the current situation of complex dimensions and accelerated pace of war,the current model based on mainly manual operations and supplemented by limited automatic planning means obviously cannot meet the requirements,and it is urgent to make a breakthrough in planning intelligence.The intelligent development trend of joint fire strike planning is focused on.Based on analyzing the military requirements of joint fire strike intelligent planning,a workflow for joint fire strike intelligent planning to support operational planning and combat command is designed and proposed,the key technologies such as automatic generation of target lists,rapid planning of action plans are proposed according to the key links in the process,and designs the corresponding application support prototype systems are designed.It can provide efficient auxiliary decision-making support for the operational departments to carry out operational planning,design and optimization schemes.
