摘 要:原油输送系统是海上浮式系泊和原油输送装置的核心部件,其浮筒处管路和100 m水深水下管汇管路的强度,是保证其使用寿命的主要因素。对浮筒处管路,采用专用软件应力分析方法,通过对对浮筒处原油输送系统管路进行应力分析,结合浮筒结构对管路布置的限制,保证管道强度的同时提出优化布置方案;对水下管汇处管路,通过对水下管汇所受载荷的分析,并结合管路布置的特殊性,采用强度理论公式校核和软件应力计算相结合的分析方法,根据理论公式选用管路厚度,采用管道应力分析方法校核管道强度,同时指导水下管道布置并优化管支架设置。The core component of offshore floating mooring and crude oil transportation equipment is the crude oil transportation system,in which the strength of the pipelines at the buoy and 100 m underwater is the main factor to ensure its service life.A dedicated stress analysis software is used to analyze the stress of the crude oil transportation system pipeline at the buoy.Combining the limitations of the buoy structure on pipeline layout,an optimized layout plan is proposed to ensure pipeline strength;for the pipeline at the underwater manifold,by analyzing the load on the underwater manifold and considering the particularity of pipeline layout,a combination of theoretical strength verification formula and stress calculation using software is adopted for the analysis.Based on the theoretical formula,the pipeline thickness is selected,and the pipeline stress analysis method is used to verify the pipeline strength.At the same time,guidance is given to the underwater pipeline layout and optimization of pipe support settings.
