摘　　要：为了克服现有浮动阀座双向硬密封蝶阀不能实现全通径的困难,本文提出了采用组合式阀体隐藏浮动阀座的全通径双向硬密封蝶阀技术方案,详细阐述了结构原理和设计原则,并结合DN1000的全通径双向硬密封蝶阀实例,对关键零部件浮动阀座的尺寸进行了详细计算。根据本文提出的阀门结构和计算方法而设计的全通径双向硬密封蝶阀,经过不同压力和不同口径的产品试验,均取得了满意的效果。Two-way hard seal butterfly valve in order to overcome the existing floating valve seat can't realize the difficulties of full size,this paper puts forward using combined body hidden floating seat full size two-way hard seal butterfly valve technology solutions,expounds the structure principle and design principles,and combined with the full size DN1000 two-way hard seal butterfly valve as an example,the size of the float valve seat for the key parts in detail calculation.According to this paper puts forward the calculation method of the valve structure and a full size designed two-way hard seal butterfly valve,with different pressure and different diameter of product test,satisfactory results have been achieved.
