摘 要:以TJL-1型空气绝热节流实验台为研究对象,通过实验和Fluent数值模拟,分析总结了闸阀的调节特性,发现当闸阀开度在0~5%之间变化时,筏板两侧的压差会急剧变化且筏板下游的涡流区面积较其它开度下面积更大,而在其它开度下则基本不具备调节能力,严重影响了使用者对实验数据的采集和分析,也表明了闸阀不适合用作调节阀。对其它热工实验设备进行进一步研究后,发现阀门选型不合理的问题广泛存在,因此结合工业领域阀门选型的成熟经验,提出了热工教学实验设备阀门选型流程,并在线性导热实验台上进行了测试,使用针形流量调节阀代替了原有的球阀,显著改善了调节特性。此流程引入了“阀门调节率”参数,并综合考虑了设备的功能、实用性和可能的改进,为热工实验设备的设计提供了一定的参考。Take the TJL-1 air adiabatic throttle experiment equipment as a research object,based on experiments and Fluent numerical simulation,the regulating characteristic of the gate valve is summarized.It shows that when the opening of the gate valve is between 0~5%,the pressure difference between both sides of the raft changes sharply and the vortex area at the downstream of raft is larger than that of other openings,in other cases,it has little ability to adjust the pressure,this seriously affects the user's collection and analysis of experimental data.The result shows that the gate valve is not fit to be a regulating valve.According to the further research on other equipment,unreasonable valve selection is quite common among thermal teaching experiment equipment.As a result,a valve selection process of is proposed based on the experience in the industrial field and the process has been successfully applied on the linear heat transfer experiment equipment,the original ball valve is replaced by a needle flow control valve,and the regulating characteristic is significantly improved.This process introduces a new parameter called“valve regulation rate”and takes the functionality,usefulness and possible improvements into account.The study provides a certain reference for the design of thermal teaching experiment equipment.
