摘　　要：以高温气冷堆主蒸汽先导式安全阀为研究对象,采用实体单元进行建模,对主蒸汽安全阀的各部件与内部的水蒸汽流体耦合,采用有限元软件ANSYS进行温度场分析计算。结果表明阀门闭合状态下,流体域温度最大值在主阀入口处为576℃,随着流体远离主阀入口,温度逐渐降低,最小值为28.8℃。阀门固体域中,主阀外壁面温度为139℃,导阀外壁面的温度为44℃,切换器外壁面的温度为50℃。对于安全阀整体结构设计具有一定指导意义,可为分析安全阀热变形以及结构强度提供数据。Taking the main steam pilot safety valve of high temperature gas cooled reactor as the research object,the solid unit is used for modeling,the components of the main steam safety valve are coupled with the internal steam fluid,and the ANASYS is used to analyze and calculate the temperature field.The results show that the maximum temperature of the flow field is 576℃at the inlet of the main valve when the valve is closed.As the fluid is far away from the inlet of the main valve,the temperature gradually decreases,and the minimum temperature is 28.8℃.In the solid area of the valve,the temperature of the outer wall of the main valve is139℃,the temperature of the outer wall of the pilot valve is 44℃,and the temperature of the outer wall of the switch is 50℃.It has certain guiding significance for the overall structure design of safety valve,and can provide data for the analysis of thermal deformation and structural strength of safety valve.
