摘　　要：先导式电磁阀工作系统有时会出现反向压力大于正向压力的情况,从而出现电磁阀出口端介质从电磁阀进口端倒流的现象,称之为“反流”。本文介绍了先导式电磁阀出现“反流”的故障模式,从电磁阀的结构组成和工作原理入手,对“反流”现象进行分析,总结先导式电磁阀出现“反流”的原因,提出了先导式电磁阀“反流”现象的解决方案,并对其可行性进行分析,最后针对“反流”现象的解决方案提出相应的注意事项。The pilot-operated solenoid valve working system sometimes has a reverse pressure greater than the forward pressure,resulting in the phenomenon of the solenoid valve outlet media from the inlet of the solenoid valve backflow,called"reflux".This paper introduces the failure mode of"reflux"of pilot solenoid valve,starts with the structure and working principle of solenoid valve,analyzes the phenomenon of"reflux",summarizes the reasons of"reflux"of pilot solenoid valve,puts forward the solution of"reflux"phenomenon of pilot solenoid valve,and analyzes its feasibility.Finally,the author puts forward the corresponding precautions for the solution of the"reflux"phenomenon.
