摘　　要：螺栓连接是阀门承压件之间使用最广泛的连接方式,介绍了米制螺栓和美制螺栓的使用原则,简述螺栓预紧润滑的注意事项。分别从螺栓预紧的理论计算、拧紧工具、拧紧步骤和扭矩控制几方面着手,参考相关标准的可靠性要求,介绍了一种螺栓预紧方法。Bolt connection is the most widely used connection mode between valve bearing parts.The principles of using metric bolts and American bolts are introduced,and the precautions of pre-tightening lubrication of bolts are briefly described.Starting from the theoretical calculation of bolt pretightening,tightening tools,tightening steps and torque control,a method of bolt pretightening is introduced according to the reliability requirements of relevant standards.
