饲料糖脂比对罗非鱼生长性能的影响

摘　　要：该试验研究饲料不同水平的糖脂比对罗非鱼(Oreochromis spp)生长性能的影响,并确定罗非鱼养殖最适的糖脂比。试验选择500尾、体重约80g的罗非鱼,按照单因素试验设计,将其均分为5个处理组,每组5个重复,每个重复20尾罗非鱼。各组罗非鱼分别投喂糖脂比4、5、6、7、8的试验饲料。养殖8周后,检测各组罗非鱼的生长性能。结果表明,当罗非鱼饲料的糖脂比为5和6时,罗非鱼的试验末重、增重率、特定生长率显著高于饲料糖脂比为4、7和8的饲料组(P<0.05);而饵料系数和脏体比显著低于糖脂比为4、7和8的饲料组(P<0.05)。研究表明,当饲料糖脂比为5和6时,对罗非鱼的生长性能效果较好。This experiment investigated the effects of different levels of sugar-fat ratios of feeds on the growth performance of tilapia(Oreochromis spp),and determined the optimum sugar-fat ratio for tilapia culture.Five hundred tilapia weighing about 80g were selected for the experiment,which were equally divided into five treatment groups with five replicates each and 20 tilapia in each replicate according to the one-way experimental design.The tilapia in each group were fed with test diets with sugar-lipid ratios of 4,5,6,7 and 8,respectively.After 8 weeks of culture,the growth performance of tilapia in each group was tested.The results showed that when the tilapia feeds were fed with sugar-fat ratios of 5 and 6,the end-of-test weight,weight gain rate,and specific growth rate of tilapia were significantly higher(P<0.05)than those of the feed groups fed with feeds with sugar-fat ratios of 4,7,and 8,while the bait coefficients and dirty body ratios were significantly lower(P<0.05)than those of the feed groups fed with sugar-fat ratios of 4,7,and 8.The study showed that when the feed sugar-fat ratio was 5 and 6,it was more effective on the growth performance of tilapia.
