摘　　要：尼泊尔共产党(毛主义中心)主张以马列毛主义为指导,通过武装暴力革命,以在尼泊尔实现社会主义和共产主义的理论观点。尼泊尔大会党坚持以民族主义、民主主义和社会主义的民主社会主义理论为指导,以在尼泊尔实现民主化社会。在革命策略上,尼共(毛)主张通过武装暴力革命夺取政权。大会党反对激进变革,主张通过保守的非暴力手段实现政治改革。在经济政策上,尼共(毛)主张发展以社会主义为导向的民族工业资本主义。大会党主张发展以市场为基础的、具备自由与竞争力的民主经济。在社会政策上,尼共(毛)主张消除歧视、加强民族合作,建立文明、公正的福利社会。大会党主张关注农村建设,改善人民医疗卫生教育条件。在外交政策上,两党都主张根据联合国宪章,在和平共处五项原则基础上发展对外关系。两党社会主义观比较的现实启示是:加强党内团结,不断丰富关于社会主义的认识,树立科学的马克思主义观。The Communist Party of Nepal(Maoist Center) advocates the Marxism-Leninism-Maoism as a guiding theory,and aims to achieve socialism and communism in Nepal through armed violent revolution.The Nepali Congress Party(NCP) adheres to the theory of democratic socialism guided by nationalism,democracy and socialism and aims to achieve a democratized society in Nepal.In terms of revolutionary strategy,the CPN favors the seizure of power through armed violent revolution,while the NCP opposes radical change and favors achieving political reforms through conservative and non-violent means.In terms of economic policy,the CPN favors developing a socialist-oriented national industrial capitalism,while the NCP favors developing a market-based,free and competitive democratic economy.In its social policy,the CPN advocates eliminating discrimination,strengthening national cooperation and establishing a civilized and just welfare society,while the NCP advocates focusing on rural development and improving people's health and educational conditions.In terms of foreign policy,both parties advocate developing foreign relations on the basis of the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence in accordance with the United Nations Charter.The practical implication of comparing the two parties' socialist views is that it is necessary to strengthen party solidarity,continuously enrich the understanding of socialism and establish a scientific Marxist view.
