摘  要:构建了冷堆剂W/双氧水体系,并应用于羊毛织物的冷堆漂白。探究冷堆剂W、30%双氧水、JFC和碳酸钠用量,以及冷堆时间对羊毛织物白度的影响,并评价该工艺的处理效果。该体系冷堆漂白羊毛织物的优化工艺条件为:冷堆剂W质量浓度1 g/L、30%双氧水体积分数180 m L/L、JFC质量浓度3 g/L、碳酸钠质量浓度1.5 g/L、冷堆时间24 h。经该冷堆工艺漂白的羊毛织物白度由49.7提高到62.4,而漂白羊毛织物的碱溶解度仅有微小提升(由11.82%提高到12.74%),说明该冷堆工艺具有漂白毛织物白度良好和损伤小的特点。A cold pad-batch bleaching system composed of cold reactor W/hydrogen peroxide is prepared and applied to the cold pad-batch bleaching of wool fabrics.The effects of concentrations of cold reactor W,30%hydrogen peroxide,JFC,and sodium carbonate,as well as the cold pad-batch time on the whiteness of wool fabrics are discussed,and the treatment results of this process are evaluated.The cold pad-batch bleaching process is optimized as cold reactor W 1 g/L,30%hydrogen peroxide 180 mL/L,JFC 3 g/L,sodium carbonate1.5 g/L,and the cold pad-batch time 24 h.The whiteness of the bleached wool fabrics by the cold pad-batch process is increased from 49.7 to 62.4,while the alkali solubility of the bleached wool fabrics is increased slightly(from 11.82%to 12.74%),which indicates that the cold pad-batch process has the characteristics of good whiteness and lower damage of bleached wool fabrics.
