摘  要:以4-β-羟乙砜基硫酸酯苯胺-2-磺酸、2-氨基苯甲醚-4-β-羟乙基砜基硫酸酯、2-氨基-4-甲基-5-(β-羟乙砜基硫酸酯)苯甲醚、2,5-二甲氧基-4-(β-羟乙砜基硫酸酯)苯胺和2,4-二氨基苯磺酸为原料,通过重氮化-偶合反应制备了3只双偶氮活性橙色染料YDY-1、YDY-2和YDY-3,并与C.I.活性橙131分别用于棉织物的小浴比染色。结果表明:当浴比为1∶6时,C.I.活性橙131、自制染料YDY-1、YDY-2和YDY-3在棉织物上的固色率分别为86%、81%、79%和77%,比常规浴比1∶20时的固色率提高了10%左右。染色织物的耐水洗变色牢度为4级以上,棉沾色牢度为4级,其他纤维沾色牢度为4级或4~5级,耐干/湿摩擦色牢度分别为4~5级和3~4级,耐日晒色牢度为3~4级或4级。Three bisazo reactive orange dyes YDY-1,YDY-2 and YDY-3 are prepared by diazotation-coupling reaction using 4-β-hydroxyethylsulfonyl sulfate aniline-2-sulfonic acid,2-[(3-amino-4-methoxyphenyl)sulphonyl]ethyl hydrogen sulphate,2-[(4-amino-5-methoxy-o-tolyl)sulphonyl]ethyl hydrogen sulphate,2-[(4-amino-2,5-dimethoxyphenyl)sulphonyl]ethyl hydrogen sulphate and 2,4-diaminobenzenesulfonic acid as raw materials.The prepared three dyes and C.I.Reactive Orange 131 are used for small bath ratio dyeing of cotton fabrics,respectively.The results show that when the bath ratio is 1∶6,the fixation rates of C.I.Reactive Orange131,YDY-1,YDY-2 and YDY-3 on cotton fabrics are 86%,81%,79% and 77%,respectively,which are about10% higher than those of the conventional bath ratio of 1∶20.The color change fastness to washing of dyed fabrics is above Grade 4,the cotton staining fastness is Grade 4,the other fibers staining fastnesses are Grade 4or Grade 4-5,the color fastnesses to dry/wet rubbing are Grade 4-5 and Grade 3-4,respectively,and the color fastness to sunlight is Grade 3-4 or Grade 4.
