摘  要:棉织物经钛酸四丁酯与无水乙醇处理后,再单侧涂覆疏水浆料,制备具有单向导湿功能的凉感织物。研究发现,随着钛酸四丁酯用量的增加,织物的抗紫外线性能和降温效果都逐渐增强,当钛酸四丁酯与无水乙醇物质的量比为1∶15时,制备织物(CF-1/15)的UPF值为223.7,与未处理棉织物相比皮肤侧温度下降2.3℃。此外,双侧的润湿梯度使得织物的单向导湿指数达874.8%。制备的织物兼具抗紫外线、单向导湿和凉感功能,适用于制作夏季服装。Cotton fabric with UV resistance is prepared by sol-gel method,and then employing a hydrophobic paste on single side to prepare the cool fabric with unidirectional wet permeability.The results show that the UV resistance and cooling effect of the fabric are gradually enhanced with the increasing dosage of the tetrabutyl titanate.When the molar ratio of tetrabutyl titanate to anhydrous ethanol is 1∶15,the UPF value of the prepared fabric(CF-1/15) reaches 223.7,and the temperature of the simulated skin-side covered by the fabric decreases by 2.3 ℃ comparing to that covered by the untreated cotton fabric.In addition,the unidirectional transmission index of the CF-1/15 reaches 874.8% due to the asymmetric wetting property of the fabric.The prepared fabric combines multifunctions including UV resistance,unidirectional water transfer and cooling effect,which is particularly suitable for summer clothing.
