摘  要:采用氧化还原法制备湖羊毛角蛋白溶液,并对纯棉织物进行抗皱整理。研究了角蛋白溶液浓度、交联剂浓度、浸渍温度、浸渍时间等工艺参数对棉织物抗皱效果的影响。得到的优化整理工艺为角蛋白溶液质量分数20%,聚氨酯质量分数30%,浸渍温度80℃,浸渍时间60 min。整理后的棉织物急弹性折皱回复角增加了16.2%,缓弹性折皱回复角增加了16.1%,断裂强力增加6.4%。此外,织物的断裂强力和吸湿性也得到提高。The keratin solution is prepared from Hu sheep wool by redox method and is applied to cotton fabric for anti-wrinkle finishing.The effects of process parameters such as keratin solution concentration,crosslinking agent concentration,immersion temperature,and immersion time on the anti-wrinkle performance of cotton fabrics are studied.The optimized finishing process is 20% of keratin solution,30% of polyurethane,immersion at 80 ℃ for 60 min.The rapid elastic wrinkle recovery angle of cotton fabric increases by 16.2%,the slow elastic wrinkle recovery angle increases by 16.1%,and the breaking strength increases by 6.4%.In addition,the breaking strength and moisture absorption of the fabric are also improved.
