负载MIL-100(Fe)腈纶复合材料的制备及对染料的光催化脱色

摘  要:以七水合硫酸亚铁为金属盐,均苯三甲酸(H_(3)BTC)为有机配体,采用层层自组装法在腈纶(PAN)上负载铁基金属-有机骨架材料[MIL-100(Fe)],制得MIL-100(Fe)/PAN复合材料。探讨了组装温度、组装次数、铁盐及配体浓度、光源及H_(2)O_(2)用量对复合材料光催化降解活性黑KN-B性能的影响。采用FT-IR、SEM方法对复合材料进行表征。结果表明,MIL-100(Fe)/PAN复合材料较优的制备工艺为FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O浓度20 mmol/L,H_(3)BTC浓度10 mmol/L,50℃组装7次。加入22 mL/L 30%H2O2,在1 000 W氙灯下光催化处理60 min,5 g/L MIL-100(Fe)/PAN复合材料对50 mg/L活性黑KN-B的脱色效果可达96.8%,重复使用5次后,脱色率可达85.3%。MIL-100(Fe)/PAN composites are prepared by loading the iron-based metal-organic framework material [MIL-100(Fe)] on polyacrylonitrile(PAN)using a layer-by-layer assembly method with ferrous sulfate heptahydrate(FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O)as metal salts and pyromellitic acid(H3BTC)as organic ligands.The effects of assembly temperature,assembly cycles and concentrations of iron salts and ligands on the photocatalytic degradation of Reactive Black KN-B are investigated.The MIL-100(Fe)/PAN composites are characterized by FTIR and SEM.The results indicate that the optimal preparation process for MIL-100(Fe)/PAN composites is FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O 20 mmol/L,H3BTC 10 mmol/L,assembled at 50 ℃ for 7 cycles.Adding 22 mL/L of 30% H_(2)O_(2) and photocatalytic treatment under 1 000 W xenon lamp for 60 min,the decolorization rate of 50 mg/L Reactive Black KN-B with 5 g/L MIL-100(Fe)/PAN composite can reach 96.8%,and the decolorization rate can reach 85.3% after repeated use for 5 cycles.
