锚杆基本试验中准确获取锚固起始位置、锚固段长度及锚固段岩土类别的方法研究

摘  要:通过基本试验测定锚杆锚固体与岩土层间粘结强度极限标准值时,由于锚固体通常不能被拔出孔外,检测机构无法核实实际锚固起始位置和锚固段长度,仅以委托方告知的自由段长度及《建筑边坡工程支护技术规范》GB50330—2013附录C第C.2.3条规定锚固长度(硬质岩取设计锚固长度的0.40倍,对软质岩取设计锚固长度的0.60倍)来进行计算。若委托方提供的锚固段起始位置、锚固段长度、岩土类别与实际差别较大,会使所得锚固体与岩土层间粘结强度极限标准值的准确性、代表性严重偏离实际情况,为设计提供依据的参考价值也随之降低,进而对工程设计及结构安全造成重大影响,该文根据工程实践,就准确获取锚固起始位置、锚固段长度及锚固段岩土类别的方法进行分析,可供行业技术人员参考使用。In the process of determining the limit standard value of the bond strength between anchor solid of bolt and the rock layer of anchor bolt by basic test,since anchor solids cannot usually be pulled out of the hole,the inspection organizations cannot verify the actual initial position of the anchorage and the length of the anchorage section,and they can only calculate based on the length of the free section notified by the client and the anchoring length specified in Article C-2.3 of Appendix C of the Technical Code for Support of Building Slope Engineering GB50330-2013(0.40 times the designed anchoring length for hard rock and 0.60 times that for soft rock).If the initial position,the length,and rock-soil classification of the anchoring section provided by the client differ significantly from the actual situation,the accuracy and representativeness of the obtained standard values for the ultimate bond strength between the anchor solid and the rock-soil layer seriously deviate from the actual situation.Thus,the reference value of providing a basis for the design also decreases,which in turn has a significant impact on engineering design and structural safety.Based on engineering practice,this paper analyzes the method of accurately obtaining the initial position of anchorage,the length and the rock-soil classification of the anchorage section,which can be used as a reference for industry technicians.
