摘　　要：干燥旋风分离器作为纤维干燥工段主要附属装置,其体量随着纤维板生产线单线产能的不断扩大有了很大增加。旋风分离器钢支架平台高度往往大于50 m,高宽比大于7且整体结构对基础沉降较为敏感。本文根据干燥旋风分离器的结构和受力特点,总结在填土强腐蚀场地土地区应用预应力抗拔管桩作为其基础的设计要点,归纳设计经验数据供类似工程参考借鉴。The size of dry cyclone separators has increased significantly with higher production capacities in fiberboard lines.Their tall,slender structures make them sensitive to foundation settlement.This study summarizes design considerations for the foundation of large dry cyclones,focusing on prestressed concrete piles in compressible or corrosive soils.
