摘　　要：高校党支部是党在高校的全部工作和战斗力的基础,是贯彻落实党的决策部署和教育方针的最基本单元。注重党支部建设,是我们党一以贯之的优良传统。中国共产党自诞生以来就一直高度重视党在高校的党支部建设发展,从民族伟大复兴和关系到党的后继有人的战略高度系统谋划建设。百年来,高校党支部建设在四个不同历史阶段的发展历程中,始终自觉坚持围绕中心、服务大局,探索出了一条具有鲜明中国特色的党支部建设发展之路,积累了丰富的宝贵经验,启示我们要把党的决策部署和教育方针贯穿党支部建设全过程,把深入推进全面从严治党贯穿提升党支部质量始终,强化党支部质量建设中立德树人教育根本任务导向,运用大数据技术提升新时代高校党支部建设的精度,推动高校党支部工作全面规范、全面过硬。The college Party branch is the foundation of the Party's work and combat effectiveness in colleges and universities,as well as the most basic unit to carry out the Party's decision making,deployment and educational policy.It is a fine tradition of our Party to pay attention to the construction of Party branches.In one hundred years,the construction of the Party branch in the four different historical stages of development,always adhere to consciously around the center,the service general situation.It explored a Party branch construction development with distinctive Chinese characteristics,has accumulated rich valuable experience,inspiration.We need to get the Party's policy decisions and education policy throughout the whole process of the Party branch construction,deepen the promotion of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party through improving the quality of Party branches,strengthen the quality construction of Party branches in the fundamental task of moral education,use big data technology to improve the accuracy of the construction of Party branches in colleges and universities in the new era,and promote the work of Party branches in colleges and universities to be comprehensively standardized and excellent.
