摘  要:为了研究高温再热器高温腐蚀发生的原因与腐蚀机理,通过对某煤矸石电厂3#炉高温再热器爆管和相邻管进行宏观分析、光谱检测、力学性能试验、金相试验、布氏硬度试验,初步判断管子失效原因是因管子超温幅度较高,造成奥氏体组织晶界上聚集大量非正常析出相,产生裂纹源,并在高温和管子内压作用下快速扩展,超过临界尺寸后,管子发生开裂。In order to study the cause and corrosion mechanism of the high-temperature corrosion of high-temperature reheaters,through the macroscopic analysis,spectral detection,mechanical property test,metallographic test and Brinell hardness hardness test of the bursting tube and adjacent tubes of the high-temperature reheater of the 3#boiler in a coal gangue power plant,it is preliminarily judged that the reason for tube failure was that the over-temperature amplitude of tube was high,which caused a large number of abnormal precipitated phases to accumulate on the grain boundary of austenite structure,and that the crack source was formed and rapidly expanded under the action of high temperature and the internal pressure of the tube,and the tube cracked after it exceeded the critical size.
