摘 要:随着现代科技的发展和进步,工业化生产逐渐向着智能自动化迈进,电气自动化控制技术中可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)技术的应用也得到了很大进步,广泛用于现代的工业控制中。电气化设备在运行时,PLC能够起到重要的作用,在调试、控制等方面均可有发挥;同时,PLC还可以让自控系统抗干扰被有效地加强,让操作更加简化,从而使操作员专业技能的要求也能降低,在运用了PLC之后,设备的可靠性也有明显的提升。该文对PLC技术在继电器自动化控制中的运用开展分析,探究PLC的应用情况,希望能作为电气从业者的参考。With the development and progress of modern technology,industrial production is gradually moving to‐wards intelligent automation,and the application of PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)technology in electrical automation control technology has also made great progress,widely used in modern industrial control.During the operation of electrified equipment,PLC can play an important role in debugging,control,and other aspects.At the same time,PLC can effectively strengthen the anti-interference of the automatic control system,simplify operation,and reduce the requirements for operator professional skills.After using PLC,the reliability of the equipment has also been significantly improved.This article analyzes the application of PLC technology in relay automation con‐trol,explores the application of PLC,and hopes to serve as a reference for electrical practitioners.
